We ship calm—fast, safe, and with minimal barking.
Processing Time
Orders ship within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday). If we’re slammed with orders or dog hair, we’ll let you know.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via major carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx. You’ll see available shipping options and rates at checkout based on your location.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. If it’s not in your inbox, check your spam folder—or ask your dog if they intercepted it.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected delivery speed. We occasionally offer free shipping promos, so keep your eyes (and paws) open.
Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. No international shipping yet—but we’re working on it. If you’re outside the U.S., bark at us and we’ll see what we can do.
Delivery Issues
Once the carrier marks your order as delivered, it’s officially out of our paws. If your package is missing, please:
