How do I know if my dog’s just dramatic or actually anxious?
If your dog’s nervous, clingy, destructive, reactive, or has a meltdown every time you leave the room—yeah, it’s probably more than drama. We built Pupora for dogs like that (and we love them deeply).

When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. Once it’s out the door, we’ll send you tracking info so you can obsessively refresh it every 10 minutes like the rest of us.

Do the clothes run small?
Nope—they run chill. But check the size guide on each product just to be safe. If you’re between sizes, size up for ultimate snuggle mode.

Are your treats safe and actually calming?
Absolutely. We use well-researched ingredients commonly used in vet-recommended calming products—like chamomile, L-theanine, and passionflower. No fillers, no garbage, and no weird side effects. Just calm snacks for smart dogs.

What’s your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on unused items. If something’s off, email us at DZDirectives@gmail.com and we’ll get it sorted. We’re chill about it.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet—but we’re working on it. If your dog is freaking out overseas, email us and we’ll see what we can do.

Can I track my order?
Yes, absolutely. Once it ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. If it’s not there, check your spam folder (or your dog’s inbox).

Can my dog be a Pupora model?
