We're a small brand built for anxious dogs—not Amazon.

Because of the nature of our products (and the chaos that comes from trying to resell anything that’s been near a dog’s mouth, fur, or emotional breakdown), we do not accept returns or exchanges.

All sales are final.

We do this to ensure every customer receives clean, unused, and uncompromised products—especially when it comes to calming treats, wearables, and enrichment items.

If there’s an issue with your order (wrong item, damaged on arrival, etc.), email us at DZDriectives@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right. We’re humans. We get it.
